At Keautiful, we are dedicated to providing you with the best K-beauty experience. We carefully inspect every item before shipping. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Period

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Currently, returns and refunds are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by us.

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packaging.

  • If you received an item different from what you ordered, please keep the product unopened and contact us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind about the purchase.

  • Customer Error: The wrong item was ordered by mistake (e.g., wrong color or option selected by the customer).

  • Opened/Used Products: The item has been opened, used, or the safety seal has been broken (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Damage to Outer Packaging: The outer box is there to protect the contents. Therefore, returns will not be accepted simply because the outer box is damaged, dented, or scratched.

  • Delivery & Collection Issues:

    • The package was returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    • The package was returned or disposed of because the recipient was unreachable for pickup coordination or failed to collect the item from the local carrier/pickup center.

  • External Factors: Products not purchased directly from Keautiful.com.

  • Intentional Damage: The product was damaged due to customer mishandling.

4. Exchanges & Color Disclaimer

  • No Exchange Service: We do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping for a different color or option). If you wish to change an item, please refer to our non-eligibility rules above.

  • Color Variance: Please be aware that actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings and individual skin tones. Slight color differences are not considered defects.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@keautiful.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
