Refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible. Damage to the outer box or packaging of the product during the delivery process is not reason for a refund.

If delivery fails due to reasons such as insufficient address, missing zip code, or insufficient recipient information, you will be contacted by email and items are stored at the logistics center for a certain period of time (7 to 14 days). Please note that if there is no response within the deadline (7 to 14 days), the products in the logistics center may be discarded.

If a delivery fails, you will be notified by email of the shipping company number. You must call the delivery company directly to receive the item.
