Please check your email regularly. We will send you an email if it is difficult to ship the product or if the product is suddenly renewed.

[Reason for refund]

Refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible. Damage to the outer box or packaging of the product during the delivery process is not reason for a refund.

[Lack of information]

If delivery fails due to reasons such as insufficient address, missing zip code, or insufficient recipient information, you will be contacted by email and items are stored at the logistics center for a certain period of time (7 to 14 days). Please note that if there is no response within the deadline (7 to 14 days), the products in the logistics center may be discarded.

If the delivery is discarded due to the customer's fault, no refund is possible. Please double-check your shipping information before making payment and check your email regularly. If a delivery fails, you will be notified by email of the shipping company number. You must call the delivery company directly to receive the item.

Claims regarding returned items due to unknown address, non-receipt of recipient, etc. can only be confirmed if delivered within 2 months.

Shipping takes 10 to 14 working days (except weekends) after fulfillment.

[Covid-19 issue]

In several countries, airfreights remain restricted, leading to delivery delays. 
While there are flight limitations and airline cancellations, cold chain logistics for COVID-19 vaccines, and their ancillary products, testing kits are taking priority overall. 
So please note that shipments may be delayed beyond our estimations stated in the Shipping Options under. 

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Merchandise must be unworn or used, with tags, and in original packaging to be returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please email support@keautiful.com

[Damage and Problems]

Please take a good look at the product you ordered and contact us directly via email at support@keautiful.com if there is a defect, damage or misdelivery.

[When Exceptions / non-returnable]

The outer box is there to protect the contents. Therefore, you cannot return the item simply because the outer box is damaged.

[Exchange]

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once the return has been accepted.

[Refund]

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Remember, it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
