- Delivery & Collection Issues: The package was returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. The package was returned or disposed of because the recipient was unreachable for pickup coordination or failed to collect the item from the local carrier/pickup center.
- External Factors: Products not purchased directly from Keautiful.com.
- Intentional Damage: The product was damaged due to customer mishandling.
