The outer box is there to protect the contents. Therefore, you cannot return the item simply because the outer box is damaged.
[Exchange]
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once the return has been accepted.

If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Remember, it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
